"When the white moon is gone" is a surreal trip between the real and the imaginary; characters dance to the rhythm of hope in a world without future.
This co-production of Danza Mobile and Sakai Mobile Film is the project of its director, Julio Fraga, an actor who discovered a passion for broadcasting and communicating from the other side of the camera.
